Elias is the host and manager at Amia. His love for gastronomy shows in every detail – especially in how much he cares about the well-being of his guests. When a smile is left at the end of the evening and someone is already planning their next visit, that is the most beautiful reward for him. Equally important to him is the camaraderie within the team: fair, motivated, and with genuine solidarity. The energy generated from that camaraderie powers Amia every day. And when there's a moment without serving or organizing, you'll often find Elias out on the lake – sailing, clearing his mind.

With his experience from Andreas Caminada's Schloss Schauenstein and Maison Manesse in Zurich, and his passion for local and sustainable products, he creates dishes that delight. David, a man with many talents, passionately crafts the drinks at Amia. As a bartender, he has demonstrated his skills in many places. We are overjoyed to have David enriching us with his talent and creations. Besides his role with us, he passionately contributes to a local winemaker.
