Elias is the host and manager at Amia. He genuinely enjoys welcoming people and making sure they feel comfortable from the moment they arrive. He cares deeply about the details, because for him, good hospitality is about how guests feel.

With his experience from Andreas Caminada's Schloss Schauenstein and Maison Manesse in Zurich, and his passion for local and sustainable products, he creates dishes that delight. Those early risers among you might even catch Philipp gathering herbs in the forest.

As Head of Service, Leonardo enriches our team with his passion for all the beautiful things in life. Leonardo not only ensures that no glass remains empty, but also oversees the creative direction of Amia. After years in Amsterdam, Barcelona, and Stuttgart, he is now back in his hometown and is happy to share all his experience with Zürich and its people.

And when he is not opening something special from the ‘Black Book’, you will most likely find him in vineyards or at tastings, always looking for new wines and fresh perspectives.

David has been a good friend of the house way before Amia opened its doors, and we are genuinely happy to have him shaping our bar and cocktails.
He has worked in all kinds of places, won bartending competitions along the way, and even makes his own wine. Still, he is one of the most easygoing and kind people you can meet. His drinks are always creative, always delicious, always very “David.”

Dominik has been a close friend of Leonardo and Elias for many years, and his passion for sustainability runs deep. He also runs his own sustainability startup called Mesh GmbH, so whenever we have questions about how to make Amia a little more responsible, he’s the one we turn to. His eye for thoughtful, sustainable choices helps keep us on the right path and we are grateful to have him as a friend of the house.
