Elias is the host and managing director at Amia. With a passion for gastronomy, he strives to create a special experience for all guests. A successful day as a host for him is when guests feel comfortable and are already looking forward to their next visit. The sparkle in the guests' eyes energises him. It is a heartfelt matter for him to work with a super motivated team. This is possible thanks to fair working conditions and a shared spirit. On windy days, you can often find Elias sailing on the lake, always in search of the next breeze.

David, a man with many talents, passionately crafts the drinks at Amia. As a bartender, he has demonstrated his skills in many places. We are overjoyed to have David enriching us with his talent and creations. Besides his role with us, he passionately contributes to a local winemaker. When he's not conjuring up something cool in a glass, you'll find him where the party's at.
