Elias is the host and manager at Amia. His love for gastronomy shows in every detail – especially in how much he cares about the well-being of his guests. When a smile is left at the end of the evening and someone is already planning their next visit, that is the most beautiful reward for him. Equally important to him is the camaraderie within the team: fair, motivated, and with genuine solidarity. The energy generated from that camaraderie powers Amia every day.
